Patent Filing
We will get disclosure and review your invention with you. We will come with strategies for preparing and filing patent applications in the U.S. and other jurisdictions for you. Once we agree on the contents of your patent, we will write your patent. After getting your approval, we will file your patent in the U.S., as well as other jurisdictions that we agree upon. Once your patent is filed, we will respond to the U.S. Patent and Trademark office actions and communications in order to secure a patent for you. Patent Appeals
In cases that we cannot get an agreement with a patent examiner to get an allowance for one of your applications, we file appeal briefs and reply briefs in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We prepare appeal briefs for applications filed in foreign jurisdictions and file them through our foreign associates.
